puppy1.png We are happy to except new patients and welcome you and your loved ones with open arms.  To become a client all that is needed is a new patient information sheet completed.  All previous records are needed before first visit to exicute your animals medical needs accurrately and efficiently. If these records are hard to find, DON'T PANIC! We have access to many other local clinics in the area.

For current patients, please sign in and have a seat.  This is very important to assure that you're checked in. Once checked in you and your pet are welcome to wait in our lobby or outside if more comfortable.  Remember, we are here to serve you and your pet wth exceptional service and Veterinary care, so please don't hesitate to express your concerns or questions with are fully trained staff members.

Once a year, you should take your pet in for a check-up.  This will include a full physical exam, and will include teeth and gum cleaning if needed.  Dr. Steven Walker will check the health of your pet from head to tail, and you will be very happy you came to Countryside Animal Hospital for service.

Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic.  It's best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts.  If you have something like this, share it with our team.  If not, let us know everything that you think will be important.  Dr. Walker can still work with whatever information you have.

In some circumstances, Dr. Walker will refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in areas such as internal medicine or surgery.
