CANINE
At 6 to 8 weeks a puppy should get:
Exam $40
1st DHLPP/CV $40 or if a small dog 1st DHPP/CV $40
Fecal test $20
At 9 to 11 weeks:
Redo fecal test if it was (+) $20
2nd DHLPP/CV $40 or if small 2nd DHPP/CV $40
1st Bordetella $27
At 13 to 15 Weeks:
3rd DHLPP $27 or if small 3rd DHPP $27
2nd Bordetella $27
1 year rabies $15
At this time the dog can be Spayed or Castrated
Once a year we recommend:
Exam $40
Fecal test $20
HW Test $25
DHLPP Booster $27 or for a small DHPP Booster $27
Bordetella Booster $ 27
1 year rabies or 3 year rabies $12
If a dog is more then 30 days late on Heartworm prevention and is over 6 months old, then they will have to redo the Heartworm Test to get any Heart Worm prevention. If a dog or cat is more than 30 days late for 3 year rabies the dog or cat must get a 1 year rabies.

BOARDERS WHO HAVE MEDICATION NEEDED TO BE ADMINISTERED IS AN ADDITIONAL $5 PER DAY
